Early detection can lead to a functional cure of HIV, according to researchers in France. This piggy backs info we told you about a couple weeks ago where a toddler here in America was cured of HIV with early detection and treatment. The French research studied adults though, so this is different and means more information. The study is featured in PLOS Pathogens.
