I spend a great deal of my time in the car. During the Share-a-thon, there were a few glitches that caused the broadcast to momentarily cease. It occurred to me it was absolutely possible to lose something so positive and important in my life forever. Throughout the years, I had become a grateful recipient of much truthful teaching from God’s Word and inspirational music through your station. However, each time during the money raising event, I would selfishly pop in a CD. But God’s Spirit prompted my heart to listen. There were so many touching stories. As we were driving the 15 miles into town, my five-year-old granddaughter asked, “Granny, aren’t we going to listen?” That was it for me. It was time to participate! Where else could one touch so many hearts for the Lord with one contribution? [My husband] agreed it would be a good thing and, to my delight, suggested we give twice as much as I had hoped. I am so excited to be partnering with Family Life Radio. I listen to it exclusively. We are blessed to be a blessing!
