Karen has been through rough times and God has lifted her spirit.
Over the last five years, I have been through some of the roughest times in my life…watching my dad die, finding out I had breast cancer, going through many surgeries – things that could have broken my spirit. But FLR lifts my spirit. It encourages me, it keeps me focused. When I go in to work, I listen and it helps me to remember why I’m doing what I’m doing. It helps me to not have the stresses of life have their way with me, and to know that Jesus is the one I’m doing all of this for. I tell people that I found out I had cancer two years ago, and that these two years have been the best years of my life, because Jesus has been there. God created music, and he wants us to use it as a blessing, to praise and lift up Jesus, and Family Life Radio is doing that. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
