The Greatest Privilege

Phillips, Craig and Dean Invite You to Sense God's Presence

Since forming Phillips, Craig and Dean, the male vocal group has garnered numerous nominations and awards, released 12 albums and earned 20 No. 1 radio hits. The seasoned trio, who happen to be full-time senior pastors, has been around since 1991.

“If you told me we’d still have an audience after all these years, I’d be stunned,” says Randy Phillips. “That’s just God. We are so grateful.”

Focusing more on worship music, Randy Phillips, Shawn Craig and Dan Dean intentionally bring people into God’s presence.

Describing one of their concerts, Randy says, “It’s a two-hour worship gathering and the music is the channel to bring you into the throne room and just kind of hang out there with the Lord for a while.”

Through the years, this vocal group has produced some of the most distinctive harmonies with songs such as, Crucified with Christ, Favorite Song of All, Saved the Day, Top of My Lungs and Revelation Song.

The unassuming trio hopes that their music will bring others to worship God more. They plan to continue in their role as singers/songwriters/worship leaders for as long as they are able.

“We are just so blessed every day to be able to sing, write and perform all across the country.” A third generation pastor, Randy says, “Singing songs about Jesus Christ is the greatest privilege in the world.”

“I have led people into the presence of the Lord to the best of my ability through music and writing and messages, but I have never seen Him,” Randy explains, “It’s a faith walk. To see Him face to face, I just cannot wait!”

Explaining the most important message Phillips, Craig and Dean want their listeners to get from their music, Randy says humbly, “To sense the presence of the Lord. After they’ve heard a song of ours, my prayer is that they somehow love Jesus more or sense His presence deeper. That would be the ultimate compliment.”
