Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement

I have agreed to provide volunteer services to Family Life Communications, Incorporated, including its affiliates companies, Family Life Broadcasting System, Family Life Broadcasting, Inc., and Parent Talk, Inc. (collectively “Family Life”) and have been advised that Family Life expects as a condition of service, volunteers will keep all confidential and/or proprietary information strictly confidential.

As a volunteer of Family Life I agree that:

1. It is the policy of Family Life that unauthorized disclosure of any confidential and/or proprietary information pertaining to Family Life’s affairs which may be made known to me in the position of a volunteer is prohibited.
2. All information obtained during the course of volunteering will be used strictly for the purpose of executing my volunteer responsibilities. Discussing, releasing, confirming, interpreting, accessing, copying, distributing, and/or otherwise using confidential data and information are strictly prohibited, except as needed for volunteer responsibilities by and between properly authorized individuals.
3. Said information is the exclusive property of Family Life.
4. Information is considered confidential when, if disclosed to outsiders, it would prove harmful to Family Life. Confidential information may include any and all information not generally known to outside persons, including, without limitations, information related to Family Life’s services, customers, client lists, donor lists, employees, development and business strategies, financial, operating forecasts, and internal or external correspondence, memorandums and minutes, and all other information related to the future conduct of Family Life’s businesses. It also may include any actual, threatened, or perceived claims, lawsuits, charges, and internal or external investigations relating to Family Life.
5. Violations of these confidentiality provisions may lead to termination of volunteer relationship.
