RC Fasteners & Components, Inc. was founded in February 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona. The goal is to create a Component & Fastener Superstore where customers can get standard, off-the-shelf fasteners, such as nuts, bolts, screws, etc., Electronic and Aerospace components, and custom, made-to-print fasteners, all from one company. This eliminates the need for additional vendors, which saves our customers time and money.

Every customer is a priority

In our company, every customer is a priority, no matter how big or small. We strive to always do more than is expected to help handle our customers needs. We don’t promise more than we can deliver, and we continually look for ways to improve quality and add value to products our customers purchase. We believe if we serve our customers with honesty, integrity, and go the extra mile, we’ll earn a customer for life.

It’s all about relationships

Our business is all about relationships with our employees, families, customers, suppliers and manufacturers. Building strong relationships is important to us because it allows for individual attention and also the ability to differentiate our customers needs. By getting to know our customers and interacting with them, we learn to customize our products and services to what’s best suited to meet their demands.

Compassion Management

Our employee’s are our greatest asset and we feel when we invest in our people, our people become the best they can be and are inspired to give back by making a difference in the lives of others. Investing in our people starts with emotional intelligence and compassion management. We find that “compassion time” with our employee’s creates an awesome atmosphere in the workplace which in turn allows for greater efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness. Evidence shows that compassion in the workplace boosts employee well-being and health and when your employee’s are your greatest asset, that’s a good thing.

Biography

About Karen Menz….
I am a Child of GOD, World Changer, Hope Giver, but most of all Veteran, Mother, Wife, Domestic Engineer, Friend, Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, Multiply Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor wanting to help others transition their lives through internal and external transformation. My favorite slogan is:

I served our country while in the Army National Guard for 24 years. Twenty-one of those years I was blessed to be an Active Duty Army National Guard Liaison. During this time frame I was a single parent to my beautiful daughter Amanda. I graduated with an Associates, Bachelorette, and a master’s degree in Counseling. I am a certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach/Life. Small Group Leader with our Turning Point Church, and I am a wife to the love of my life Paul Menz.

Both my husband Paul and I have an on-line business website, and a small business called, “Healing Rise Up Solutions, LLC, our on-line presence is Healingriseupatlanta.com”. We desired to create a business to help others become proactive to their health instead of reactive. The reason why, is we personally struggled with our own health and wellness. We learned the hard way but found tools in the toolbox and desired to share our stories to the world to open doors of possibilities of Lifestyle change.

Currently, I am an author of, “Enjoying Life Against all Odds, As A Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor”. In our book, I am humbling myself to reveal my true self as a TBI survivor to my fellow Survivors, Caregivers as well as anyone who has need. Our mission is to help those who desire to receive our help. Giving encouragement to You my client and avid reader to hang in there in times like these. You will reach a Wits End. This is when I want you to know you are not alone. GOD loves You so do I….

Who are We?
Our business adventure is Healing Rise Up Solutions, LLC with our on-line presence of our http://www.Healingriseupatlanta.com

Our specialty is focusing on Detoxification, but we will rename it to Purification of the whole-body system from the inside out to include but not limited to, pain relief, circulation, weight loss and hydration in the future. I have a certificate as an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach and a master’s degree in Counseling.

We will include two organic product lines to help create our clients their very own prescription of Nutritional Supplements while helping them in these five areas. 1. Spirituality 2. Relationships 3. Career 4. Exercise with a twist of nutritional guidance. I cannot prove our devices or modalities will heal everyone. I am not a doctor and refer you to go to your doctor if you have any severe or mild condition (s). I believe in doctors and support their efforts. We are here to be in harmony with our medical field to make everyone healthier and happier.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am helping revolutionize the healthcare system through the power of nutrition, primary food, active listening, high-mileage questions, goal setting, and other techniques unique to health coaching.

What will I do for You?
I will be a supportive mentor, cheer leader, wise advisor in regard to your health and wellness needs. I help navigate your new journey through individualized food and lifestyle changes. With this we will create your very own unique prescription for enjoying life against all odds. Together “We” can create your very own prescription/recipe. Why? Because “We” is better than “Me”.

Due to the COV19 we will do Zoom or Face-time session. I am open to phone and in private sessions with one-on-one. Or we can do group sessions with limitation of four (4). Making your safety #1 and utmost.

As, your coach we will not focus on one diet or one way of living, instead focus on bio-individuality. Bio-individuality – is the idea that we are all different and have unique dietary, lifestyle, emotional, and physical needs. This means that I do not believe in a cookie cutter approach to health and wellness. So, we will work together to help you discover how to fuel your body and become the healthiest, happiest versions of yourself through a more natural, holistic approach.

Mission: help you become proactive instead of reactive to your whole well-being. I am here to listen to you my client. You know yourself better than anyone, right? If not, I will help you to start to listen to what your body is telling you. You are special, and there is not a cookie cutter approach. Our process is to help you toward an improved sense of self-worth, marathon of hope, and accomplishment. As, we create your prescription/recipe for life, you will know all things can be accomplished through a sprinkle of faith, a dab of love, and the willingness to run the good race of life to overcome all obstacles and get unstuck.
