The Family Life Radio ‘Home for The Holidays’ Contest will run during the Family Life Radio programming from 6am AZ on Sept 23, 2024 through 5:50pm AZ on October 18, 2024.
By participating, entrants confirm they are 18 years of age or older when they enter the contest.
Only one entry per person will be allowed.
A person cannot enter on behalf of another person.
The Prizes are described as follows: Daily Prize winners will receive a Family Life Radio Travel Bag! The weekly Grand Prize winners will receive one of four $1,000 travel vouchers.
There will be 3 daily prizes awarded each day Monday through Friday between Sept 23-Oct 18, 2024.
There will be 4 weekly Grand Prize winners awarded.
$1,000 travel voucher on Friday, Sept 27, 2024.
$1,000 travel voucher on Friday, Oct 4, 2024.
$1,000 travel voucher on Friday, Oct 11, 2024.
$1,000 travel voucher on Friday, Oct 18, 2024.
The estimated retail value of the daily prize is $25, and the value of each grand prize is $1,000.
The winner must be available by phone or email to claim the Grand prize.
The Grand Prize winners are responsible for all taxes associated with winning the prize(s) including income taxes
The Grand Prize winners must complete and return W-9 form within 30 days of the end of the contest to receive the Grand prize.
All winners must reside in the continental United States.
The Daily prizes are provided by Family Life Radio; the Grand prizes are made possible in part by Ultimate Auto Repair and are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash and no prize substitution is allowed.
Here’s how to play: Listeners call into the studio at 888-888-9976 during Family Life Radio programming when prompted to be the correct number caller to claim daily prize: a Family Life Radio Travel Slingpack! Each daily prize winner will be entered for the drawing for a weekly grand prize. The Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants and announced on the Family Life Radio Morning Show on Friday, September 27, 2024 before 9am AZ; the Midday Show on October 4, 2024 before 2pm AZ; the Family Life Radio Morning Show on October 11, 2024 before 9am AZ; and the Afternoon Show on October 18, 2024 before 6pm AZ
