Super Summer Swag Bag 2024 Giveaway – Detroit, MI Contest Rules

  1. To enter Super Summer Swag Bag 2024 Giveaway – Detroit, MI contest, contestants must be an active subscriber of the Family Life Radio Detroit Text Club when a random drawing occurs.  Contestants may join the club by texting ‘DETROIT’ to 58326 and following the prompts.  Message and data rates may apply.
  2. By entering the contest, participants confirm they are 18 years of age or older.
  3. Only one text club membership per person per club will be allowed.
  4. A person cannot enter on behalf of another person.
  5. The Prize is described as follows:
    1. A Super Summer Swag Bag featuring various items that may include but are not limited to a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, a water bottle, tote bag, and stickers with the FLR logo.
    2. There will be 9 prizes awarded, 1 per week during the months of July and August 2024.
    3. Travel vouchers are not included; no cash will be given to the prize winner.
    4. The estimated retail value of the prize is $20.00. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with winning the prize.
    5. The prize is provided by Family Life Communications / Intentional Life Media, and is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash and no prize substitution is allowed.
    6. The winner must reside in the continental United States.
  6. The winners are chosen by random selection every Monday in July and August (July 1, 8, 15, 22, 28 and August 5, 12, 19, 26), 2024.
  7. KFLR-FM, KFLT-FM, KGDP-FM, KJTA, KFLQ, KLFF, KWFL, KAMY, KFLB-FM, KJTY, WJTY, WJTG, WJTF, WUGN, WUFL, WUFN, WUNN, WBFN, WJBP, Intentional Life Media, Family Life Broadcasting, Inc., Family Life Broadcasting System, and Family Life Communications Incorporated. (“FLCI”) is not responsible for failure of the telephone, email or Internet system causing a contestant to lose the chance to participate.
  8. All entries become the property of FLCI and none will be returned.
  9. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
  10. FLCI, whose decision is final, will decide any questions concerning these rules and the administration of the contest.
  11. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the Winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name and image in on-air promotional announcements and other promotional FLCI material.
  12. Employees of FLCI and its related ministries, or other entities involved in this promotion and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) are not eligible to enter this contest
