Enjoy Life

You’ve probably heard the saying, “If it’s not fun, don’t do it,” or even been given career advice to “do what you enjoy.” Wouldn’t it be nice if we could choose to do ONLY those things in life that bring us joy?

We should make the most of what God gives, both the bounty and the capacity to enjoy it, accepting what’s given and delighting in the work. It’s God’s gift! God deals out joy in the present, the now.

The verse today encourages you to take pleasure in what you do each day. Each day is not without its challenges. A disappointment, an unexpected bump in the road or an emotional response from a coworker – all attempts from the enemy to steal your joy.

Celebrate the little things God gives you each day.

The work you do every day is a gift from God. As you walk with Him, you will find true enjoyment. He is the source of real joy.

The best way to truly enjoy your life is to accept it as a gift from Him and celebrate the little things that come.
