God Sees You with Tasha Layton

Tasha Layton had some special words for you as we approach Mother’s Day. “I know there are a lot of feelings around this day. Maybe you’ve lost your mother. Maybe you’ve lost a child. Maybe you’ve had a failed adoption. Maybe you’ve had a miscarriage or you’re struggling with infertility. Maybe you’re single and you want to have a family – and that’s what you want more than anything. Maybe you’re a stepmother navigating those challenges. Maybe you never knew your mother, or maybe you gave your child up for adoption.”

There’s a wonder to being a mother that only a mother can know. And so today, just know that God sees you and we see you now. We honor you!

How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand.

Remember, in the eyes of God, you are loved, valued and cherished. No matter what you have been through, no matter what you are going through, no matter what you will go through, God sees you.

There’s a wonder to being a mother that only a mother can know. Know that God sees you.

God knows every thought, every feeling, every experience you have ever had. He sees your heart and knows your deepest desires. He sees your struggles and is with you every step of the way.

So, embrace this truth. Embrace the love that God has for you. And know that you are never alone. God sees you and is always with you.

Take a deep breath and close your eyes, feeling the presence of God with you. Let the peace of the Lord fill your mind and heart. Know that you are not alone, for the Lord is always with you.
