Hero’s Path Palliative Care is excited to invite you to attend the Community Reource Fair, on April 27 at the new Tijeras Bio-Zone. In addition to fun and educational activities, this event will allow families to learn more about the resources in their community and the new GEM Inclusive Sensory Trail! Lots of fun for the whole family!
