The Vine Church is excited to share Jason Gray with the Walker Community. Vine Pastor Jim Richter shares ‘We are thrilled to host Jason in Walker as a special addition to the concert in the park series.  The Concerts in The Park series the City of Walker has provided this year are spectacular.  They’ve brought fun and community that we’ve all needed coming out of Covid-19 isolation.  We hope Jason will continue the healing and fun.  He freely shares how he struggles and how he over comes adversity.  Which is quite timely in this post COVID period.  We are also excited to recognize Matthew’s House Ministries and Kings Table Ministries.  They are unsung heroes in our city who do a wonderful job teaching and assisting people in overcoming adversity with love and compassion.”

About Jason Gray

Jason Gray is a leading contemporary Christian music artist, currently residing in Nashville, TN, and signed with Centricity Music. Jason is currently producing his 17th album, a 3-part project called, "Order, Disorder, Reorder". Here's what he has to say about it, “Truly, truly, I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a seed; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.” —John 12:24 "The human spirit is something like a muscle in that it must be pushed to its limits and torn down in order to grow. Three words to describe this process of transformation are order, disorder, and reorder. Order is when everything is going according to our plan. We’re using all that we’ve learned so far to put our lives together with stability and security. Disorder is when our plan falls apart. We find we weren’t as in control as we thought we were and there is more we need to learn. Reminded of our vulnerability, we are broken down and opened up enough to meet with God in a profound way. Reorder is when we emerge from disorder transformed by what we learned and by having met with God in a way that changed us. We are wiser, kinder, more humble, and stronger than before."

Jason is known for his extraordinary ability to convey deep theological truths within infectious pop melodies. That ability has sparked multiple hit singles and drawn audiences to packed out events across the country. His latest album, Order Disorder Reorder, launched the Top 10 and Top 20 Billboard radio hits “I'm Gonna Let It Go” and “Remind Me You’re Here.”   Jason has had five consecutive Top 5 singles, including the No. 1 Inspirational radio single “Nothing Is Wasted.” Garnering multiple ASCAP Performance Awards, Gray has also toured with Michael W. Smith, Steven Curtis Chapman, Third Day, TobyMac and numerous others, in addition to headlining tours of his own.
