POSITION SUMMARY: Intentional Life Media seeks a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across our Marketing Department, encompassing Content, Marketing Services, and Martech divisions. Reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing, the Project Manager will be pivotal in managing various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our organizational goals and mission.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans to ensure the successful completion of projects within the Content, Marketing Services, and Martech divisions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and the Executive Director of Marketing, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Employ project management best practices and methodologies to monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement contingency plans.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and accountability among team members.
  • Uphold ILM’s faith-based values in all project activities, ensuring that content and marketing initiatives reflect our mission and resonate with our audience.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and successes. Develop a centralized resource pool to ensure optimal allocation of team members across projects, considering their skills, availability, and project needs. This includes managing shared resources efficiently to avoid overallocation and burnout.
  • Ensure ILM’s core mission and culture are reinforced throughout our projects and through team communication and cross-collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the media, marketing, or nonprofit sectors.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software (WRIKE preferred), Microsoft 365 apps, Slack and Adobe Creative Cloud software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Alignment with ILM’s faith-based values and commitment to producing high-quality, inspirational content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:   

  • Understanding of and demonstrated success in current giving/fundraising campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills include writing, editing, and proofing relational and donor-related documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and database
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and cloud-based programs.
  • Experience in AI prompting, and tools encouraged.
