A year ago I got covid and how bad things have gotten has been unexpected and a bit of a shock. I was a very healthy person. Had just run my first 5k. I had thyroid disease that was treated years ago and everything was stable and well. But covid interfered with my meds and it went unnoticed for months as I struggled with covid. Today I am STILL fighting to get my health back. Right now, my iron levels have bottomed out and I am tired, weak, cold and dizzy most of the time. I am handicapped by this and can’t do the things I want to. It has been almost a year and a half of me being half (or less) of the person I was to my family and friends. I am weary in mind and body of it all.

My son had a deep disappointment thinking he had been completely healed from a Health condition he has suffered from since he was eight years old. Five days ago we found out it was back with a vengeance! He’s proclaiming his faith but it’s a fight. I would love prayer for his complete healing, for his faith to be stronger than ever, and for This to be part of his testimony. He would like to be a pastor he feels he’s been called to that. And I feel that this is part of growing faith that will be used by got some day! Thank you for your prayers!

I am praying for a safe return of my lost cat, knowing and having every faith that God can make this happen, but not knowing if God will say yes or no. Subsequently, and more overarching, I am praying for God's will to be done in all of His creation and beyond my own situations. I am praying God will deliver me from my wrong choices, forgive me, and render my ill actions and thoughts of no effect. I desire with all my heart to have God's will revealed in my life so I know what direction and paths to take. Truly I just want His purpose for me to be fulfilled. Truly I want this for all of His creation. Our God is a God of possibilities, even when it seems impossible. He can bring my cat back easily no matter what the circumstances, or maybe He has a different plan. I hope He will let me know. I hope He will forgive me of all my sins. I hope I do what He wants me to do. I just want to be with Him, for all of eternity. In Jesus name, Amen.

Please pray for my cousin. Here is an update from her mom: An update on Chloe - along with new prayer requests that are not an easy to ask for. Bear with us as this is an emotional update to share. Chloe completed a CT scan on Friday of her chest, abdomen, and pelvic areas. Anxiously waiting to hear about the tumor shrinkage from radiation, we were sadly mistaken when I received a phone call from our PA that I needed to return to the hospital to discuss the findings with Dave (who was at the hospital while I was hoping to take a shower and break). But there wasn’t time to shower. I needed to return to the hospital as soon as possible. In the dreadful moments of waiting for the doctors to come in to share the findings, our stomachs were turning. We knew we were in for the worse and we were right. Chloe’s tumor stayed the same relative size as the previous CT scan from August 7th. Unfortunately, there is discrepancy regarding actual potential shrinkage as the August 7th scan did not accurately provide a correct measurement of the tumor as radiation didn’t start until the 11th of August. But at this point, that result is minimal. Chloe’s tumor is growing upwards. Not only is the mass consuming her entire abdomen almost, it is creeping it’s way up, behind the heart and crushing her trachea - slicing its way through her body, separating her insides as it aggressively grows. This news led us to starting chemo yesterday vs. Monday. We needed to act fast in the short window that her body is functioning somewhat well in hopes chemo will do it’s job. However - the conversations that followed the sharing of this news came with some realistic, terribly heart wrenching discussions on Chloe’s future here on this earth. We know Chloe’s cancer is consuming her small body and we know that earthly time for Chloe may very likely be minimal- a reality that is hard to swallow and grasp as we remain with hope in our hearts but can’t deny the pain and suffering that is and will continue for Chloe.
Of course, we are not giving up now. We are hopeful and optimistic that the chemotherapy and antibody treatments given this week will lengthen Chloe’s life. However, these past many days have shown us that every moment matters and changes quickly occur within hours of plans being implemented so our next update can very likely be completely different. So at this point, our prayer requests for Chloe are changing.
We ask that you continue to lift loving, caring, and hopeful prayers for healing for Chloe as we pursue treatment plans that we are unsure with actually work. Please don’t stop those prayers as we continue to need them too. BUT we now ask that you also pray this - that God gives Chloe ease, peace, and comfort in her time left here on earth. We ask that you share in our prayers that God sheds His loving grace on Chloe’s body as pain often overrides her ability to be comforted by her parents and sister’s touch. We ask for prayers that God consumes us as parents with an immense amount of heavenly strength to make difficult decisions for Chloe’s treatment and have end of life discussions. We ask that you diligently pray that God wraps His warm hugs around Lizzie as she may soon have to process her life circumstances much differently in the near future - that He pours His love onto Lizzie and us during the nights where tears will continue without an end in sight. We ask that God securely takes Chloe in His loving embrace when the time comes where she enters His eternal kingdom where she will never feel pain again. We ask for prayers that as weeks and months come with Chloe remaining here on earth that she continues to touch so many lives with her story and brings people closer to God’s promises and love.
Unfortunately, I can’t continue with much more as tears and heartache consume my ability to type.
Here is sweet Chloe on the evening of Friday following the news shared above. Her beautiful and peaceful presence that truly encompasses all that we wish for Chloe. Thank you

My 78 year old mom fell 10 days ago and has a compression fracture in her spine. She needs kyphoplasty surgery but she is still waiting to hear back from the insurance and the hospital to get it scheduled. She’s getting discouraged and is in a lot of pain. I would appreciate prayers that things can be expedited and she can get the surgery ASAP and that it goes well so she can start healing

Please pray for me I have been battling an autoimmune disease (myasthenia gravis). I was in remission since 2008 and it slowly started coming back in 2019. In December I got covid at it really set me back with so much weakness that I had to get infusion’s every three weeks, but they are not working. I start a new drug on Monday that has never been given at UNM, it is very strong and has terrible side effects. I know God is by my side and I have been trusting and believing for healing. Thank You and appreciate your prayers.️

Like so many, finances are super tight. My dad was sick and I was taking time off to spend with him. I had sick time that I was using every week but I normally work overtime, that's what keeps us afloat at home. My dad passed on July 4 and I just haven't been able to get ahead. The late fees and constant stress are making me anxious. It is me and my two kids at home. Please pray for this anxiousness to subside and for smart choices to continue to be made.

Please place a chosen leader, mentor and coach who you have prepared for such a time as this that will encourage Luke and cause Luke to be brought to jealousy by your love and receive your will and wisdom in his life. I buried my adult daughter last month. She was only 27 yrs. Her death was sudden and totally unexpected. We have yet to learn the autopsy results. I am grieving the impossible, to accept her death, while at the same time praying for her friend. He lived at home with his parents, where my daughter died. We await the autopsy results with dread. My faith is shaken. Please pray for my strength to believe that her life had purpose, she loved all people and worked for several years at an Assisted Living Facility. So many, many people attended her funeral services. Now, my phone does not ring, life has resumed for others as each night the silent scream in my throat begs God to bring her back. I am lost.

Lord, I need help. Please grant me patience with my husband who has alot going on with his business and family and lakes out. My brother, Bill was diagnosed 7 weeks ago with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He has opted to forego treatment. Please pray that hospice caregivers will keep him as comfortable and free of pain as possible. I know God has laid His loving hands on Bill as he prepares ro call him home.

My daughter, Sarah has alienated me since she was about 15... i was a divorced mom raising her and her sister (2 yrs apart) on my own but her dad was always "good time dad" and late on Child support.I was the disciplinarian..she was a rebel and hated me from about 14 yrs old because I wouldn't let her have her boyfriend in her room etc...she is now 23 yrs old. Recently, this year she talked to me by text on her birthday n on my birthday. I pray she let's go of her anger towards me and seeks finds Jesus because she needs him and never wanted to go to Church with me. She seems to not believe in Him and it breaks my heart. .I pray for restoration so that I can begin to have a positive relationship with her even though she resents me and won't tell me why she's been angry with me all these years. We need prayers for financial Blessings, I know that most of our country needs the same prayer. My husband and I have been helping our children out with things and even my mother-in-law has been helping the grandkids. It's so rough for the younger generations right now. So much discord in the world. We need to keep our eyes focused on Jesus and trust that he will continue to bless us and to provide for our needs. Things are changing so fast. Rent is going up but wages are not. Gas prices are still high. Price of food is going up. It needs to stop or at least the wages need to catch up. Please pray for me that I am able to transfer to a job that will work better with my schedule. With the current job I am unable to finish my social work degree, attend small groups with my church and I’m exhausted daily. I currently work 12-839 or 12-10 non- fri( I applied for a 7-330 or 8-430 mon- fri job.
I also had a stroke in July and we are trying to find out why since my labs are fine. My rt eye was affected( I couldn’t see anything) today I am able to close my left eye and have some eyesight coming back. Thank God.
Also my dad was dx with esophageal cancer in April and can use lots of prayers. They will be looking at doing surgery in September. My dad never asked for anything then last month he asked me to pray for him and ask my friends.
As always I will always pray for everyone because we are all going through something and can use the prayers and encouragement

I ask for prayer for myself and my mother. Last September I found out that my breast cancer had come back and metastasized to my lungs and bones and is stage 4. There is no cure for stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. My mother Regina had knee replacement surgery in February and had major complications during the recovery after surgery. At one point she was in a coma like state for almost a week. She had been in and out of rehab facilities and hospitals since then. She has not been home in 6 months. She is getting stronger everyday but is still a ways from coming home. Thank you

1. Married 33 yrs - feel very alone - husband can’t be intimate because of low testosterone but their is also NO other affection: hugging, cuddling etc.
he’s cordial to me but we are more like roommates than husband and wife. I had an affair 30 yrs ago and confessed it to him and HE is the one who wanted me to stay w/ him but he has not been intimate w/ me in 6 yrs and before that it was only 1-2 x / yr.
2. Dealing with rapidly declining parents cognitively and physically.
Me and siblings are trying to deal with the issues - I’m a nurse and take care of their medication boxes but it’s an2 hr drive each way for me to do that.
Dad is not supposed to be driving and is.
Prayer: my 2 brothers who are executors of parents estate are going to talk to their estate attorney Re: legally stopping Dad from driving (mom doesn’t like to drive but does when she has to). We are praying to is does not turn our parents against us.
My brother is also a pastor.
I have 2 brothers and 1 sister - we are all Christian’s and we are praying for God’s guidance but feel kind of lost in this situation.
As a RN for 41 yrs I have dealt with patients w/ dementia but it is a totally different animal in dealing with your own parents.
3. My oldest daughter will be 41 next month- she accepted Christ as her savior in teens - then declared she was gay just before she turned 20 and now she is transgendering and taking testosterone and growing facial hair and informed be 2 days ago she has made the decision to have bilateral mastectomy as part of the transgender process.
I explained potential issues / complications with this surgery from a nurse’s prospective but it fell on deaf ears.
I am just feeling really overwhelmed right now!

I have a grandson. He just turned 7 this month. He is non verbal and autistic. My prayer isn’t that he learn to speak but that God would open doors for therapies, that my daughter would get some reprieve, that the Lords presence be with her family. I'm 64 and just entered a relationship after 24 years. Please pray this is God's will and that we keep Him in the center of our relationship. If this is not God's will than for God to reveal this and close the door. I'm very nervous and have trust issues. We have had daily phone conversations for 3 weeks and are to meet this weekend. My mother is currently in the hospital (ER) was taken by ambulance early this morning with severe pain in her back and lower legs. She couldn’t get out of bed. Please pray for her quick healing and for her not to be so stubborn so she can get the help that she so desperately needs. She is one to push through anything and will suffer through the pain 🙁

I am battling a life threatening autoimmune illness, and I just had a major relapse and am trying to stay out of the hospital.
My grandfather has ALS and my mother is caring for him full time, which is burning her out. My sister in law is having mental health issues and just had emergency back surgery which is putting a lot of stress on that side of the family.
Also, it may seem small, but my dog is also really sick.
I feel like we are all just barely keeping it together right now and the stress is so overwhelming.

My 10yr old daughter just got test results in that she is positive for an autoamune disease. We have a long road ahead of us of doctors appointments and testing to figure out what is happening. I pray we find answers and that it is something that we can manage easily for her to live a long healthy life.

Ohmygoodness. My plate is full. My niece is in the hospital with a high risk twin pregnancy (one twin has already lost its heartbeat). Please pray she is in good hands and Baby B survives without harm to mom or baby. She also has 2 young children at home. Please pray that their caretakers (dad is a firefighter and still trying to work) keep them out of harms way and out of the arms of Satan's influence.
Also, I am searching for a home and found my perfect home, and got outbid. I know God has a plan for me, but would welcome prayers for his guidance in helping me continue my search and land in a neighborhood where I can be an asset to those around me.
