She’s been on a ventilator since September 5 & she has been sedated since as well. She had a tracheotomy done to help her more. I saw a man pacing beside his car about an hour ago. I drove back and pulled along side him. I asked if he was okay...if there was anything he needed. He looked so hesitant to talk to me. He was despondent...so sad. Not crying...just broken. My heart just ached, watching him. His response to what he needed? "Work." My mom needs surgery, but my family isn't sure of the date yet. She went in for surgery before when the doc's first found out about it. Her stomach is going into her chest. Praying for forgiveness and freedom from guilt/shame/fear. I stated an opinion about a relative who's a widow that she brags about it a lot on social media. Then after saying that I started to feel guilty and bad for even thinking that. Shortly after nagging thoughts and fear entered into my head that I shouldn't say that because what if it happened to me. In no way do I ever want to lose my husband. I repent from stating that opinion/ thought. I also pray against fear and shame, pray for forgiveness in the name of Jesus.
