Please ...We are a couple in our 60s whose tiny back yard faces an apartment bldg parking lot. Several new people have moved in and sit idling & racing their car engines every day; fumes are all over our yard & house. I cough & hear a tinny sound when I breathe. With compromised lungs, we might be too weak if we get the Coronavirus.
