I live next door, sharing a common wall with a crack head. He has been on drugs for years. Stressed his mother to death and she died in 2011. I have been living with this for at least 9 years this guy up all hours of the night banging on wall, slamming doors, etc and I am unable to get a good nights sleep. Police Department will do nothing about. I call and they don't even show up. I've been to City Council and they won't do anything. Property management does nothing. I have prayed and prayed and really don't see God doing a thing about it either. Nothing is working and now I am the one having some health issues and this one lives on in his drug induced state of mind and life. I need to get a law suit filed soon against his family who pays for him to live there and whoever else it needs to include even the ones who are supposed to do something about and don't.
