A former friend of mine has put me down time and time again about my weight and my intelligence. She made me feel like I was never good enough for a future husband. She made me feel like I wasn't beautiful enough. I know those lies are not true. But I feel like there is a blockage in my head because of her harsh words. I am going on a date in a few weeks and I don't want those harsh words bringing me down.
