I ask for prayers for my friend. He was a Christian, but recently told me he is now a professing Agnostic as far as spiritual alliances go because he's angry at God and feels like God is abusing him emotionally. There is so much care and humility in his heart, and it is very painful to watch this happen. He has been struggling with depression for a long time, and I think it's wearing him down. He told me to distance myself away from him as he goes through this, and I don't know what to do except pray. Please pray that his eyes, ears, and heart are opened, and He loves God again without forsaking Him.
