My friend, Ray & his elderly Dad are stuck in Italy with no way home to Phoenix, AZ. Ray had to pay $31,000 UP-FRONT in order for his Dad’s heart bypass surgery. Otherwise, they’d be home 3 weeks ago. Please, please pray they can leave before Italy’s borders close!
