I started having panic attacks and health anxiety back in May and they have gotten worse over the past few weeks. I started waking up with pain (stiffness in the neck, fatigue, scared to go to sleep, headaches from the pain in my upper back and lower back.) I've been to the hospital for it a number of times and they just give me muscle relaxers and pain killers. Also I been feeling this energy of anger come over me and I feel it inside my body flowing around. It makes me scared. I just want to wake up not feeling this way and be able to hangout with my family again. Where I just don't confine myself to my bedroom. I want to get better today. Please help me with prayers.
