I have a small business and I have had 3 employees quit this year. I have been trying to replace them. I have received many applications, but when I call to set up interviews I do not get calls back. I set up interviews, people cancel or do not show up. I believe that many are applying because they are on unemployment, but do not actually want the job. I hired one person. She gave a 2 week notice to her employer and then decided after 1 1/2 weeks to stay with her employer. I hired another person and she quit after 1 1/2 weeks because she said it was too stressful. I have worked 3 months straight without a day off and I am really discouraged. I have prayed for God to help me choose the right people and for Him to bring them to me. Will you please pray for me to be able to hear His voice clearly and for the strength to stand through this storm?
