I live next door to a druggie. He claims he is severely mentally impaired yet can do drugs and stay up tweaking all night long and banging on walls (as unfortunately we share a common wall) and whatever construction projects that tweakers think they are creating. Cops will do nothing, city counsel will do nothing, property management who is in charge of our association does nothing. I own my home and should not have to move. Couldn't sell anyway without disclosing info about the crack head next door. Where is God in all of this. This has gone on for 9 years!! Really hard to keep faith at this point!
