5 years ago I became the mom of a chocolate lab. He is now 14. He has bad hips. I took him to the vet today in hopes of getting him some relief even though he doesn’t complain. They messed around with his legs and hips and this evening he can barely walk. My heart is broken because I took him for help and now he suffers. My marriage has struggled for a few years to the point that I filed for divorce a few years back. This dog was my constant companion. He loves me in a way I have never been loved. His live is truly unconditional. I am worried that his hips won’t heal back to where they were this morning. I am scared to lose my buddy and his love. He truly has been a blessing. I believe God told me once that if a dog can love me this much just imagine how much my Father loves me. Please lift Gunner up and pray for his comfort and healing and that we have more time
