I am having a hard time at work. I’m in social work, government financial assistance. I want cases to correct to the best if my knowledge.
I’m being pressured by management to process cases quicker and I’ve fought for a long time choosing quantity over quality causes a lot of errors, incorrect benefits issued, incorrect closing of cases. I haven’t gotten a negative review from any audits.
I’m very capable of working quicker, I’m just having a hard time transitioning. I know I may to start making the same mistakes that are made by the quantity producing workers.
