On Wed 11/4 I will be going to small claims court because the person who I evicted from the rental house I owed is sueing me for not giving her back her $850 deposit, and for 2,000.00 for 3 yrs of yard work she said she did. The damages to the house were over 1200.00 in repairs. We had no agreement for yard work. Please pray that the Judge will hear the truth. I have been so upset by this and cannot believe the lies she is saying.
