I am a single mom/grandma. I became a mom at 15 to a boy named Kristopher. He is now 26 and I have declared that I will not kick him out. He has no motivation to get help for his depression or get a job. I molested, abandoned, and abused. He witnessed the abuse. He was abused mentally and verbally by one of my abusers. I was emotionally abusive. I used him to lean on and told him he was the reason I was alive and that he was my best friend. I cried to him more than anyone. I told him we are growing up together. When he was 15, I was saved by Jesus. I have turned my life around and everything I do is different for the good. He won't follow my rules while living in my house. Out of guilt and sympathy, I won't ask him to leave and he knows that. He barely holds a conversation with me and never wants to go anywhere with me. He is depressed and can't hold a job because of it. My mom never kicked me out....... but I always wanted to get out. He does not. His father is absent and he has no godly male influence. I don't know how to handle this... besides praying.
