I know that HE gives us strength for all things and will see us through whatever life brings. However, my brother was diagnosed with ALS 8 months ago.
The deterioration of his body has happened very rapidly. A year ago, he was a busy grandfather, actively running a large Nebraska farm.. Now he can barely speak or breathe and needs help for all of life's activities. His wife has been a gem, and they show an amazing attitude. Still, this has got to be one of the least 'understandable' of trials. Please pray for my brother, his wife, their children and the whole family as we trudge through this dreadful walk none of us would choose.
