My neighbor continues to harass me all hours of the middle of the night even with a signed court order by the judge not to do this. Police won't even respond to these calls. Nothing is being done and I can't believe that this has continued on and on for years and he gets away with it. I really want something done with this guy. They know he does it purposely.
