So over the holidays I tried to speak to my extended family started in a good tone initially on how to speak nicely , give respect to each other instead of condescending, putting down in a fun way, berating one another . It backfired we ended yelling at each other , I was told to take out the beam from my eye and I am heading a road of self-righteous Pharisee! I was told that these talks are not offending any of them because they are used to it and that I am just overly sensitive. In the end I apologized left the scene! I used to talk like them and now I have changed my ways by the grace of God.
Pray for me cause I don’t understand what I did wrong , I am hurt , angry , can’t sleep! Was just trying to help ! Marriages are ending because of this , children walking away from faith!
