I just completed a 20 minute walk, my first. The surgeon set 30 minutes as a goal by the time I see him Friday or at the latest, a week after.
I'm not having any problems breathing or stopping along the way.
Just wanted to let you know and looking forward to the next milestone ahead.
Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers. Couldn't have done it without you. You are the best!!!
