My 61-year-old sister has recurring pain and gastrointestinal issues. Pray for relief. (She recently told me she was able to sleep without pain meds--yea! Sounds like that's an unusual experience. More of that!) She tries to analyze her food choices, etc. (I don't know if she makes changes or just contemplates it.) But she does not consult with a doctor. I wish she would. 😉 She does not work, so may be concerned about expense, or may have fear of answers she might get, or of not getting answers and having to "live with it."
