I am a singer for the Lord...and have been since 1993..a part of a huge church in the area .I only get scheduled every 6-8 weeks in rotation on the worship team as bkvs...I do love and appreciate that they schedule me especially in a culture even in church that gravitates toward the youth...I have sang lead, ensembles, choirs. musicals, duets, trios...worship teams...many times...nursing homes. homeless shelters , weddings, funerals...but it seems like now the opportunities are few and far between... and I have expressed my desire to do more...and tried to knock on doors that the Lord has not opened...I cannot imagine not singing....or using what God has given me for His glory...and I am constantly praying about it...and I am not ready to hang up my passion...but sometimes I do get disheartened...I would also love to be a part of a an fire worship band or group that goes outside the church walls regularly ministering to the Lost and broken...locally or at least not too far away.. I just want to minister in worship /music with like mind Christians on a fairly regular basis...thank you for praying...I really appreciate it...
