I am struggling with my time management and finding balance. I struggle with PTSD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and various reproductive-health related issues. I am currently working through my trauma via different modes of therapy. Please say a prayer that I can get it together! I need help 🙁
