I pray that the suburbs of blue island, stop brutalizing the black community that live and work in their town. I pray they stop misusing Medicare and Medicaid for their purposes. I pray that the States stop making mentally ill people homeless and placing them in nursing home so that the state of other municipalities can get paid generously. I pray they use some of that covid money to create jobs for mentally ill people who are low income.
