This is going to sound crazy but I am requesting prayer for a situation that I am having with a neighbor who has allowed their dogs to bark constantly for almost nine months now. I am at a loss as to what to do. The constant barking has stolen the enjoyment of my home and I am to the point where I am thinking about giving up and selling my home. I am asking for prayers for relief and guidance.
