I feel helpless without family or husband, not knowing what to do. I have medical bills, and no help, no real help, and no understanding. I've got a case manager coming to see me today, and I wonder if she even knows half of what I have been through and what I needed. Please prove to me that there is a loving God in this world who knows what I needed and knows what to do!
