Depression and low self esteem (being over weight) has been a constant fight and dragging me down for a long time. I pray often every day, asking and looking for guidance. I keep these feelings and more hurtful ones to myself. I've changed my diet several times, asked my Doctor (who has not helped at all) joined the gym, even have a job that keeps me physically active 6+hrs a day, I am exhausted, but cannot seem to loose weight. Please pray for God to guide me as to what I can/should do.
