I'm getting ready to move soon.my job deducted my pay as a framer due to fear of being on roof after my fall in 2019.i was only making 18 for building homes.thats not alot.although I'm grateful I feel attacked constantly by this company.they belittle me,talk to me in languages I do not understand and my prayer is for a new job serving god.id like to serve him and help others who have been in my shoes as a woman in a man's job.please pray for me.im lost.
