Lord, I don't know what my job is trying to do to me. I want to help the residents and get my tasks done and do it in a reasonable time frame. There isn't any room for growth, and I need that. I've outgrown my job, and I need another one. But protect me from the critics while I wait. They are targeting me and harrassing me, even though they claim not to. Amen.
