I have health issues resurfacing, anxiety, depression, and loneliness all overwhelming me.
My own thoughts are relentless and constantly beating me up; no home, no spouse, no kids, only part time work, I live with and help my parents with their needs, I cannot seem to find or feel any joy. I pour out my heart several times daily to the Lord, hidden in my room or car, with tears, begging for relief and/or the tools to help. I have hidden these pains from everyone so well for so long. I pray often and try hard to let Gods work shine through me while I am around others and I smile. But it's becoming harder and harder to make myself go out the door. I cannot seem to stay asleep now, I feel like I am choking and drowning...please pray for me.
