In May I asked my landlord to fix a leaky tap. A workman looked at it in June but refused to fix it, saying the basin was too old and he'd book a repair for a new basin. That never happened and I later found my landlord had cancelled the repair. I again asked my landlord to fix the tap, another workman has just looked at it and also refused to fix it saying that he'll have to install new taps and pipes. Please pray that my landlord will get it repaired or replaced soon.
