I am a Christian and a member of a local church. I've been very depressed lately. Yesterday I began crying uncontrollably, couldn't find anything to cheer me up. It's not the first time this has happened. Over the past few weeks, it's been a struggle to get through each day. My life is lonely, and I have few friends. It's disturbing to feel this hopeless. I just want to be normal again. Thanks for your help.
