We moved to our home in the country in 1978 and have had to haul our water most of this time. We are getting older and it is harder for us to get out and get the water, so when we found out that we could get county water we were very happy. It has taken a couple of years but we now have a water line across our property, however, there is one neighbor between us and the water that is not allowing the lne to be put on their property. This neighbor agreed to the water line before any of the lines were put in, but for some reason they is now putting a stop to it. We would like prayer to help clear this matter up so we can enjoy or retirement and have running water.
