I am requesting prayer for my son and his new wife. My son loved and served The Lord at one time but he was not strong enough to withstand the fire and pain that came with his faith. He was brutally beaten while serving in the army for his faith in Christ and his denial of doing worldly things. These beatings caused spinal damage, head trauma and internal injuries he is still suffering from today.
He was told not to report his injuries but he did receive treatment while still in active duty. These injuries have caused permanent physical damage internally, to his brain and to his spine. He was treated while active and after he left the military and now the military has said they lost his records and are saying he cannot prove the injuries happened while serving.
He has lost his faith in God and his country. Just a couple of weeks ago he and his wife shared that they did not feel safe here in America anymore and they left for Peru. In his private text to me he said that if he died or took his own life to have his brain autopsied as his brain had been injured while in the military. He has the same injuries as jr. Seau who took his own life.
I don’t want to loose my son, but more than that I long for him to return to his faith in The Lord. Thank you for your prayers.
