I am extremely anxiety ridden. Mostly about dying. I am turning 40 next month and I have been worrying about it non stop. Time it seems is moving way too quickly. I have 4 beautiful children and my oldest is turning 18, is a senior. I am having anxiety about her leaving next year for college. I have panic attacks and have a hard time sleeping. Please pray that I will find peace and stop worrying so much. Also, pray that I can accept the things that are happening as I know they are all apart of life. I am just having a hard time coping with all the changes.
