I have lupus and it has flared up. I work full time to support my family. My husband is disabled. I am loosing hope. I feel like God isn't there. I know He is but I just don't feel him. I don't want to walk alone. I am so overwhelmed with work, kids and church. I feel like I am drowning and I cant stop it.
