Please lord help me with these depressive negative thoughts. Please help me to change my perspective and trust in only u. Help me to run to u and put on the whole armour of God so I can withstand the warfare that tries to plague my body. I completely and wholeheartedly submit all the anixety and uncertainty over to you. In you I find my rest and joy. In Jesus name Amen
