I have a situation where I have a lot of anxiety and I am very hard on myself. People are very kind to me and I do a lot to help others but just after I have done something kind for someone else, I forget about it and think something bad about myself. I need to embrace the grace of the Lord and accept His suffering in place of my own and I need to claim my freedom from this bondage of fear and anxiety!! Thank you so very much for your prayers.
