My husband and I are business owners. We have an employee who has been off for over 3 weeks now because he said he has CoVid. We have reason to believe that he is being dishonest and just wanted a vacation with his new girlfriend. Please pray for wisdom, guidance, and discernment in how best to handle the situation as there is not much that we - as the employer- can do. I pray if he is being dishonest that it will overtake his mind so severely that he can not help but confess, or just not come back to work at all out of fear of being found out. I pray also if he is being honest and does come back to work on Monday that our other employees would be able to let go of their grudge against him, as they are unhappy that they have had to pick up his slack while he has been gone.
